Internet Support Help Desk Grand Opening Continued
Another day has passed and excellence has been exceeded. That is extremely hard to accomplish. But with all due respect is has been done.
A touch of humble pride.
It appears that boasting has went to my head and respect has been thrown out the window.
Oh, no! There has been a mistake. My head is held up high being proud of a job well done.
Throw the ego away and watch out because being humble is the best way to be. Regardless of past accomplishments.
Set reasonable but reachable goals. Not comfortable limits that make no progress but to the point where you will need to push yourself further than you could ever expect to go.
Now back to the Internet Support Help Desk.

Internet Support Helpdesk Grand Opening
Today, December 27, 2010, is the grand opening of the Internet Support Help Desk that is an online customer service center.
I've been working on it for the past few weeks. Great progress has been made so I decided to go ahead and start accepting customer request.
What is the purpose of this website?
It will answer questions that you have concerning multiple websites that I operate now and the ones that will be added on an as needed basis. Merging all support to one help desk will make it more efficient and less time consuming to respond to issues and resolve them in a timely fashion.
When upgrades are needed or changes that need to be made it will be done on one website instead of multiple websites. This leaves more time to invest in you the valuable customer.
Time is precious and the more of it that is wasted means it is gone and can never be gotten back. If I choose to make changes now so that in the future it will save time then other important things can get done.
What is the future of this website?
1. For now it does not have a ticket system. The reason is that I have not found one that meets the needs that I see to effectively help resolve issues. I will continue to search for one that will work and make this help desk more reliable.
2. Frequently asked questions will continually be added so that more answers will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
3. It is setup as a blog so that customer service and help desk issues will be talked about bringing you the latest information. This will centralize all actions in one place making it easier to find answers to your questions.
4. One of the worst things to do is to ask customer service a question that gives the wrong answers. When this happens it covers up the real problems and no real answer is known. Here is a problem solving, trouble shooting, and solution finding help desk.
This internet support help desk will strive to please each customer in reasonable ways going above and beyond what is expected. Do not turn away thinking this is your ordinary online help center. It will provide you with the extra touch treating you with tender loving care.
What is holding you back?
It is time that you get treated with respect and curiosity. No one deserves to be disrespected.
Remember that you should treat others as you want to treated.
Tell in the comments about a good or bad experience you had with a customer service help desk representative.
Merry Christmas 2010 To You!
We finally made it to another unforgettable Christmas. If you say, "I don't know of anything that is unforgettable about this season." Then you're looking in all the wrong places.
Sometimes it's the "not so obvious" that we miss but need to see. The only way to do that is to take your blinders off. Being able to have a panoramic view makes all the difference.
Seeing the good things that have happen to you, to your family, and to your friends is a good way to begin having a joyous season. It may not be easy but if you try really hard the possibilities are endless.
Start this Christmas day, December 25, 2010 to begin thinking about how you can make your days to be happier so that it will rub off on others.
Having something that is contagious is not always good but glowing with happiness is worth infecting all to whom you come in contact with or talk to.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
